Use of the service

Built for merchants operating stores they control.

Merchants may use MarginPilot to analyze margin, inventory, suppliers, and procurement workflows for stores they control. The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of supplier contacts, purchasing decisions, and any actions taken based on app recommendations.

Platform dependency

Shopify permissions and platform state matter.

MarginPilot depends on Shopify APIs and merchant-granted scopes. Changes to Shopify permissions, shop status, or platform availability can affect app functionality.

Availability and changes

Features may evolve to preserve compatibility and security.

MarginPilot may improve, modify, or discontinue features to maintain security, platform compatibility, or service quality.

Liability

Operational guidance does not replace merchant judgment.

MarginPilot provides operational analysis and workflow support. Merchants remain responsible for commercial decisions, data validation, and supplier communications.
